Schedule of Construction
Gap Filler Radar Stations, Various
As a result of the delay in completion of construction at the various Gap Filler Radar Stations, revised BODs have been prepared based on receiving financial approval by 1 Dec 63. This schedule is, however, subject to change depending upon the actual date of contract award by DCL, over which we have no control.
At some of the sites where buildings are substantially completed, installation of radar equipment could proceed prior to the revised BODs if power and heat were not required, but if power and heat are required before installation could proceed, then the work could not be done before the pole line and commercial power are available.
A copy of the revised BODs is attached. Additional copies are available on request.
