Please refer to previous correspondence, orginating, in most cases, with the consulting engineers employed on the Gap Filler project, and having regard to estimates of costs involved in supplying electrical energy to the several sites enumerated hereunder.

I regret to inform you that due to unforeseen changes in the programme schedule there will be no requirement for commercial power at these sites in 1963. You will be advised at a later date if there is to be a requirement in 1964.
