Attached hereto are triplicate copies of Sarnia Scaffolds Limited invoice No 62791 in the amount of $9.35 covering damage and shortages occasioned by the accident at Hussar, Alberta.
As this contract was arranged by your unit as suggested in our signal ENC 583 dated 20 Oct 59, it is considered desirable that this invoice should also be handled through your unit in view of the small amount of the involvement. It is suggested that this could either be settled by LPO or petty cash rather than the expense of an amendment to the contract.
