I, the undersigned Mrs Albert Courchesne, owner of lot Pt 782 County of Yamaska, Province of Quebec, do hereby grant by these presents, to Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Canada, her Agents or Representatives, permission to enter on my property with all necessary equipment in order to do certain works as required, such as soil testing, building of roads, timber cutting, digging of ditches, construction of buildings, etc.
This permission is granted subject to my rights of compensation for any damage caused to my property and arising from the performance of such works as hereby permitted.
