FRASER COMPANIES LIMITED, owner of a parcel of land near Mount Carleton in the Parish of Northesk, County of Northumberland, Province of New Brunswick, do hereby grant by these presents, to Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Canada, her Agents or Representatives, permission to enter on its property with all necessary equipment in order to do certain Field Survey Work.
This permission is granted subject to our rights of compensation for any damage caused to its property and arising from the performance of such works as hereby permitted.
