Since a TB submission based on the a/n cost estimates is now being processed within this HQ, it appears reasonable to assume that CCE does not intend to object to these sites where costs are well above average. Should objectives be raised by Treasury Board, justification of high cost sites will undoubtedly be the responsibility of DRDP and COR staffs.
Therefore it is suggested that you note the information contained in minute (1) and, jointly with COR, establish the policy to be followed in the event TB does in fact raise queries or objections.
