Re Field Survey Requirements - Atikokan
Site, Township of Freeborn, District
of Rainy River, Province of Ontario.
Your letter of July 21st in reference to the above subject has been passed on to me at the mine property for reply and action.
We will be pleased to co-operate in any way possible so that the plans of your department may be successfully concluded. We are very willing to grant permission for entry of survey crews as requested.
It would be appreciated if you would pass to me the approximate number of department employees who will be involved and the name of the supervisor of the crews with whom we will be dealing. When he arrives on the property, if he presents himself to Sergeant GA Hibbert, in charge of our security guard, final details can be discussed and settled. We would appreciate knowing approximately when we can expect the party to arrive.
