3. St Joseph - obtain permission from Jeremie Comeau, St Joseph, NS. See appendix.

4. Alder River - obtain permission from private owner whose name is not known. See appendix.

In the case of (c) and (d) above, it is suggested that the DOT land agent contact the Consulting Engineer and arrange for a joint trip to the site. Additional information about these sites is given in the attached appendices.
