SUBJECT: Gap Filler Station - Formosa, Ontario,

With reference to your letter of March 23rd last, we wish to advise that our agent recently called on Mr Clifford Hallman in an effort to obtain an option on the land required for the above mentioned site.
Since we were unable to inform Mr Hallman of the location of the access road, he was unwilling to sign any agreement for the purchase of the land by the Crown. If you could provide us with information regarding this access road we feel that we could then obtain an option from this owner. However, we were successful in obtaining permission to begin construction on this site pending negotiations for the purchase after the location of the access road has been determined.
A copy of the Permission to commence construction is contained herein.
