Requirement for Farm Type Gate on Access Road

The appendix to our 10-36-80/5 (DCEP) TD 3175, 24 Jun 63, indicated that the farm type gate at the beginning of the access road at Belleterre was existing. This statement is in error and reference to our 10-36-80/5 (DCEP) TD3122 (on Vol 2), 8 May 63, indicates that it was only a proposal.
In line with the policy decision in Min (2) to our 10-36-80/5 (DCEP) TD 3175, 24 Jun 63, there is a requirement for a farm type gate at some point on the access road at Belleterre but before raising a request for its erection, it is requested that DOT (RE) be asked to determine whether the Ottawa River Forest Protective Association, Pembroke, or Consolidate Paper Corporation have taken any action as the result of your DM letter of 13 May 63.
