Disposal of Bldg on Property
Gap Filler Sites

The gap filler sites located at St Josephs NS, Bridgetown NS and Summerville Centre NS have been declared surplus and are being disposed of through CADC. Currently, Stn Beaverbank has custodial responsibility for these sites. As this unit will be unable to discharge this responsibility after 15 Jul, the custodial care for these site will be transferred to Stn Greenwood effective 16 Jul.

Under the terms of this custodial care, Stn Greenwood will carry out only emergency repairs and weed control. Stn Beaverbank will hand over the keys for St Josephs along with the pertinent documents for the three sites to Stn Greenwood on 16 Jul. It should be noted that there are no buildings at Bridgetown and Summerville Centre. Station Greenwood will permit interested bidders access to these sites and be responsible for the sites until the successful bidders have taken possession.

ADCHQ and CADC have been advised of this change in responsibility.
