Re: Progress Statement
Gap Filler Radar Stations Maritime

Dear Sirs;

All Field Survey Reports will be reviewed and acknowledged with or without comments within one week of receipt at AFHQ.

In order to plan our workload, it is requested that a progress statement be submitted as of 31 December 1959 including percentage completed to date and estimated completion date for both field survey report and drawings for all authorized sites.

Although target dates for completion of the field survey reports and drawings are not being set by the Headquarters, it is essential that the work be completed a expeditiously as possible in order that design contracts may be issued when construction approval has been received.

Yours truly,

(JW Griffith)
Group Captain
for Chief of the Air Staff
