Re: Gap Filler Stations - NE Ontario

We have been somewhat delayed in the completion of the first stage of the above note project.

Although we are aware that you only require the 1" = 50' plan to be completed at this time, we have had to practically complete the 1" = 200 ft plan as well, in order to be able to show sufficient detail for estimating.

The situation with regard to the various sites is as follows:

1. 1" = 50' plan completed for all sites
2. 1" = 200' plan virtually completed for all sites except Chapleau
3. Field report drafted for all sites and completed for Elliot Lake
4. Rough design sketches for Elliot Lake to be completed this week, and the remainder by March 25th
5. Reports for all sites typed and forwarded to Air Force Headquarters by March 24th.

Having reviewed the remaining funds available for this project, we find that while we still have funds in hand, we will have to make a submission for an additional $2,910.00. This will be done forthwith.
