Re: Field Survey Reports
Gap Filler Radar Stations - W Quebec
Dear Sirs:
It has been noted that your first and third field survey reports were submitted "Registered Top Secret" and your second report was submitted not registered and unclassified.
In order to correct this inconsistency, we wish to restate our requirements that all correspondence dealing with individual stations shall be submitted unclassified but correspondence dealing with more than one station shall be submitted "Secret". In addition, it is requested that all field survey reports shall be registered.
The correct method should therefore be to submit field survey reports for individual stations "Registered" and unclassified.
