We must apologize for not forwarding Progress Reports of work on preliminary engineering services. These are now provided both to March 31st and April 30th, 1960.
In regard to Job #5078, although in previous progress reports, field survey work was reported as being 100% complete, we failed to indicate that the astronomical observation had not been taken at this site. These circumstances were mentioned in the Field Survey Report dated March, 1960, Section 1.3 (h), and are corroborated by the dating of the Field Survey notes, pages 54 and 55.
We enclose a summary of our expenditure to May 15, 1960 under DCL Contract #122-7-157. It is not anticipated that any further expenditure will be incurred under this contract until additional instructions are issued.
