Dear Sir,

Following is an estimate of cost for the final designs at Belleterre, Lac Ste-Marie and La Tuque, as per Air Force's letter no 10-36-80/5 (JDPG) dated November 25, 1960 and the briefing instructions received from Mr WR Alexander, November 10, 1960.

This estimate was prepared to cover items (a) to (d) listed in your letter of November 15th, 1960 and is detailed as follows:

   1. Engineering cost for final design as briefed November 10th, 1960 - As per diem rate approved August 13th, 1959.
