Dear Mr Alexander:

RE: GFRP

Regarding our telephone conversation concerning your trip to London, I was unable to get a reservation for you at Hotel London but we have made reservation at the South Winds Motel which was recently completed and has very fine accommodation.

When I talked to you on the telephone I took it that you would be taking the CNR train which leaves Toronto at 3.30 standard time (or 4.30 Toronto time) and which arrives in London at 6.40 daylight time. I tried to reach you by telephone today without success but I did pass along a message to S/L Hemming that we had made this reservation for you and that W Ken Clawson, who I believe is well known to you, will meet your train and look after you generally on the evening of the 16th.

Should you make any change in the train, or in your time of arrival, please send us a wire.

Yours truly,
