Dear Sir:

Triangulation Stations and Trigonometric Levelling

Further to the recent discussion between our Mr WR Alexander and your Mr H Klinkenberg, we would appreciate unpublished information pertaining to the triangulation stations and the trigonometric levelling of them within a fifteen mile radius of the locations indicated on the enclosed photostated map of Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes. It is desired that this information include primary, secondary and intersection stations, and trigonometric levelling where available.

To assist in the identification of the locations, we are enclosing a list which gives the approximate latitude and longitude and whether a forestry tower is in existence. It is requested that the two enclosures be returned. Any enquiries may be directed to Mr Alexander on Local 6-6558.

Yours very truly,

(JW Griffith) Group Captain
for Chief of the Air Staff
