Please refer to the correspondence exchanged last year with the consulting engineers employed on the construction of the subject defence establishment, having regard to the estimate of costs involved in supplying electrical energy to the site.
I regret to inform you that due to unforeseen changes in the programme schedule there will be no requirement for commercial power at this site in 1963. You will be advised at a later date if there is to be a requirement in 1964.
