Deferred Gap Filler Programme
Transport's letter at flag indicates that they may, inadvertently, have gone beyond the context of our earlier instructions, in which we listed specific sites where the Forest Protective agency concerned was to be advised of the programme deferment and asked to accept outward custody of our access roads and partially completed installations.
No harm has been done however and in the letter at fly Transport is reminded of the limited number of sites involved and instructed as to the course of action desired at Belleterre.
