Gap Filler Radar Stations - Various
Radar Building Using Armco Products

Further to ATSC and CCE meeting at GEEIA Rome NY on 19 Nov 59, it is requested that the following Armco drawings be forwarded to CTel representatives at GEEIA for use by USAF personnel in preparing revised equipment layout utilizing an Armco Building.

E2-3Base Channel Layout. Note "L" and "W" are out to out of building and inside dimensions are 6-1/4" less.
E2-4Wind Bent Layout. Number of wind bents will depend on length of building, probably one only.
E2-5Wind Bent Assembly. It is o be noted that this would be the only obstruction within the building.
E2-6Wall Panel Erection, showing method of erecting 16" panels. Interior will be finished with dry-wall construction. Clear ceiling height of 10'0" can be provided using 10'9-1/4" panels in RCAF Stock.
E2-7EEWind Bracing Layout. Note that lay length can be 6'8", 8'10", 9'4", 10'8" or 12'0", therefore, length of building could be 40'0" or as required by equipment.
