For your information and guidance, a copy of the memoranda to ATSC/TSC-3-3 on 10-36-80/5 TD 0323 (JDPG) of 18 Nov 60 and to A/CCE on 949-5 (ATSC) of 30 Nov 60 and 19 Dec 60 in reply, are attached.

With reference to our memo to DEngC/Eng-3-3-2 on project file 2114, 2115, 2113 (JDPG) of 16 Dec 60, (copy to Arch-2-4-2), it is requested that Para 3 be cancelled in its entirely. In accordance with the original description on all project files, the emergency quarters will be located in the Power and Accommodation building. Both buildings will be electrically heated. The rain water storage tank will be located under the quarters area in the Power and Accommodation building.

It is requested that the Mechanical Section do a review of the electrical load required for heating the building and the ventilating requirements based on a normal working temperature of 70ºF and dissipated heat from the electronic equipment amounting to approximately 1000,000 BTU/hour.
