Dear Sir:
We have arranged to meet with Mr NE MacPherson, Rural Service Engineer, Ontario Hydro, 620 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario at 1:30 pm on Friday April 21, 1961. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the power supply and the necessary arrangements at each of the sites for which we are responsible. Our discussions will be general in nature, and no commitment shall be made on your behalf.
This information was passed verbally to Mr Callaghan of your Electrical Design Department this afternoon, with the intention that either he or Mr R Falconer would attend if you wish to be represented.
