The information contained in your min (1) proved most useful. However in preparing Supporting Data for the Air Council item on Gap Fillers we restricted our comments to those factors which were affected by a change in maintenance organization. Only differences in personnel, accommodation, transportation and housekeeping were pointed out. No attempt was made to show that construction costs may exceed the average figure of $250,000.00 per site as indicated in your min (1).
