Further to our letter of May 31st, enclosed are Entry Agreements obtained from the following parties which will enable your Department to carry out preliminary surveys for your Gap Filler requirements at the subject site.

I, the undersigned Mrs Frances Grant, owner of a parcel of land in the Parish of Sackville, County of Westmorland, Province of New Brunswick, do hereby grant by these presents, to Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Canada, her Agents or Representatives, permission to enter on my property with all necessary equipment in order to do certain works as required, such as soil testing, timber cutting, surveying.

This permission is granted subject to my rights of compensation for any damage caused to my property and arising from the performance of such works as hereby permitted.
