Further to our letter of May 18th, 1961, we are pleased to advise that Treasury Board has approved an amendment to your contract to provide for preliminary engineering work for the proposed Gap Filler Radar Stations at L'Anse St Jean, St Adalbert and Squatteck. Change Order No 2 has been issued accordingly.
