Re: Whitefish Lake, Ontario - Gap Filler Sites -
Mr Eino Nappala. Your Ref: S10-136-80/5

Please refer to your letter dated March 29th, 1961 concerning Permissions required by your Department to enter upon properties at various locations for the purpose of conducting Field surveys and soil tests for Gap Filler Sites.

Attached are two copies of an Entry Agreement obtained from Mr Eino Nappala which will enable your Department to carry out preliminary surveys.

To: HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN, IN THE RIGHT OF CANADA:

I, EINO NAPPALA of the Township of Devon in the District of Thunder Bay and Province of Ontario, being the owner of certain land in Lot 53 Concession 4 Township of Devon, District of Thunder Bay and Province of Ontario, hereby offer and agree to give Her Majesty the Queen, in the Right of Canada, the right, power and authority to enter on the said Lot 53 and construct and maintain and do certain works as required such as soil testing, building of roads, timber cutting, digging of ditches, construction of buildings, power lines, etc In consideration of the sum of to be negotiated Dollars ($ ), and on receipt of notice of acceptance of this offer and advice that the said sum is ready for payment, will execute such form of agreement to run with said land as may be required.
