In regard to your letter of 14 July 1961, subject GEEIA Installation Plan - Gap Fillers, your installation dates for the first group of 21 sites will be met for footing and buildings.
The advance dates that you desire for the buildings can be met if no unavoidable delays are encountered. However, to say at this time that we can advance the footing dates for the second group 3 months, into early summer, by specific site is a little too optimistic.
It is suggested that we discuss the possibilities of advancing the footing on a site by site basis from time to time as we progress into the design and contract stages. We are prepared to participate in the initial discussion on this matter at your convenience.
