Gap Filler Sites
Province of Quebec
Immediately hereunder is a letter from DOT concerning six proposed Gap Filler sites in the Province of Quebec.
Although Transport has obtained permission from the Quebec Department of Lands and Forests for the carrying out of our field surveys and soil investigations at the six locations, the Provincial Department of Game and Fisheries is stipulating that it must be informed "of the time actual construction is planned in those sites which are to be located within the limits of the Mont Tremblant Park". From our records it would appear that the only site involved in this request is L'Ascension.
Would you please let us know whether L'Ascension is the only Gap Filler site to be located within Mount Tremblant Park and any available information on construction schedules. We will pass it to Transport which will keep the Quebec departments informed of our plans.
