Re: Field Survey & Design Work
Gap Filler Radar Stations Southern Ontario

Dear Sirs:

Receipt is acknowledged of your letter of 28 March 1962 and transmittal slip NO 6406 of 22 March 1962, forwarding the logistic plans for the nine (9) Gap Filler Radar Stations in Southern Ontario

All jobs have now been issued to DCL for construction except Nobel Relocated (which is being processed) and your commitment for field survey and design work on these projects would appear to be complete. There is, however, one additional phase to this programme on which we may request your assistance. This will include the locating and servicing of a trailer and/or a garage for a tracked vehicle at the following sites:

The above work has not yet been approved and it is not intended to do any field investigation until all contracts have been awarded and all sites readily accessible.

Yours truly
