Temporary Storage of Diesel Alternator Set
Gap Filler Radar Station St Joseph, NS
Confirming telephone call between W/C Elliot and Mr WR Alexander of this Headquarters on 11 October 1962, it is requested that an Inspection and Receipt Voucher be raised and forwarded to AFHQ Attention CCE for the diesel alternator set and associated equipment, which is being temporarily stored at No 5 SD pending re-issue to Gap Filler Radar Station St Joseph, NS. This action is required in order to process payment for this unit through AFHQ/AU Accounts.
Attached is a copy of the DDP Contract on which the unit was purchased and also a copy of the Invoice received from Sheridan Equipment Ltd.
For your information the Type of Reference being used is "9" and the Reference or Part Number being used is "4CD/181137". The Description of the Article Section is as follows:
