Access Roads
Gap Filler Radar Stations
In accordance with DCEC's Min (3) of 17 Dec 62, it is requested that specifications for access roads to sites not previously under contract be prepared on the principle of the contractor selecting the best route for is own requirements from the nearest existing road.
A decision will have to be made as to how the contractor is expected to cross water courses and swamps.
