Power Supply: Nearest power line 14 miles.
Convert 5 miles of single phase to 3 phase. Construct 9 miles of three phase.

Access to Site:From Ft William proceed on Highway 17 to Kakabeka Falls, turn left and proceed on Highway 590 to Nojalu, turn right and proceed on Highway 598 to Silver Mtn, turn left and proceed on Highway 593 for 9 miles to Mr Nappala's land on right side. Proceed approx 1.5 miles on abandoned lumber road to clearing on left side and creek. Cross creek and proceed approx 1.5 miles on clered trail to site.

Access Road: Improvement of logging road to creek.
Construction of new road to site.
Easement across Mr Nappala's land.
