Referring to your letter of March 29th, 1961, we are now enclosing copy of Permission to Enter from Mr Adalbert Chouinard, owner of land at St Adalbert, PQ which will permit your consulting engineers to go on his property to carry out field surveys and soil investigations.

I, the undersigned Adalbert Chouinard owner of a parcel of land in the Parish of St Adalbert County of L'Islet, Province of Quebec, do hereby grant by these presents, to Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Canada, her Agents or Representatives, permission to enter on my property wih all necessary equipment in order to do certain works as required, such as soil testing, building of roads, timber cutting, digging of ditches, construction of buildings, etc., on Lots Nos 42 and 43, Range 7.

This permission is granted subject to my rights of compensation for any damage caused to my property and arising from the performance of such works as hereby permitted.
