Further to our letter of February 4, 1960, enclosed for your information is a copy of a letter from The Great Lakes Paper Company Limited of Fort William, Ontario, granting your Department permission to go upon their land in the Township of Trewartha to carry out field survey and soil tests in connection with your gap filler site at that location.

We certainly have no objection to your people entering the property, as far as our rights and privileges are concerned in your doing so. We of course, expect that your people will observe all the regulations of the Department of Lands and Forests, and that we take no responsibility for the actions of your agents.

We note that the point established by latitude and longitude places your site somewhat to the north of Trewartha Township, which point is still in our licensed area.
