Further to our telephone conversation of a few days ago, the plans of the proposed tower which you left at this office at the time of your visit have been reviewed with the member company concerned. It is felt that the design has no serious disadvantages. Therefore, please consider this as an agreement in principle with the facilities indicated on the drawing.
