Description:Highest hill in area. Forestry tower in 200 ft square clearing. Very densely wooded.

Forestry Tower on Site: 90 ft steel "Bitter Root Tower"

Power Supply: Nearest power lines 90 miles from site. Use diesel generators

Communications: Nearest telephone lne is 30 miles from site.

Access to Site: From Black Rapid Station on Highway 58, proceed 1/2 mile westward, turn left on Moose Lake Lumber Co Road. Obtain travel permit. Proceed 17 miles to saw mill. Turn right on Cuff Lake Rd, proceed 12 miles. Proceed by foot to Tower No 82 about 1.5 miles. Obtain further information from Mr Derevin, forest inspector, whose office is on Highway 58 at Lake Canaca opposite Dent's Lumber yard.

Access Road: Construct 1 1/2 miles of new road from existing lumber road to north of site.
