You refer to your letter of February 3. This has not been received at this office but I presume it contained the same information as was forwarded to Fraser Companies on February 8.
Our concern is to be sure that our use of the site for forest fire detection will not be interfered with either during your period of construction or afterward. This is a matter of importance to us.
It is suggested that the most satisfactory way of arriving at a mutually satisfactory arrangement is to have your local representative contact Mr DA Wolstenholme, our Director of Forest Protection, and discuss the matter on the site.
