Dear Sirs:
We do not appear to have received from you a Progress Report of work completed to support your Progress Claim No 4 dated 31 March 1960.
In reviewing your Progress Claim No 4, it is noted that a further substantial charge was made on Job No 5078, Atikokan, whereas Progress Report for 29 February 1960 stated that your work was completed on this site. It would be appreciated if Progress Reports indicate the correct status of each job, as this information is used to forecast future charges.
