Dear Sir:
This has reference to your letter dated November 3rd, in which you advised that information respecting your requirement has been forwarded direct to our Regional Manager, Real Estate in Toronto.
He has now obtained a "Permission to Enter" for testing and surveying purposes from the owners of the lands involved. He points out that the proposed site is located beyond the end of a travelled road and he was not able to determine in which concession or lot it was located. However, he obtained permission from the joint owners of 180 acres in that area, and it is reasonable to assume that the proposed site will be within that area.
For your information we are attaching a copy of the signed Agreement.
