Reference is made to your letter of May 31st concerning Permission to Enter required by your Department at the subject site for the purpose of conducting field surveys and soil tests for Gap Filler Sites.
Enclosed is Application to be completed by your Department in order to obtain a Work Permit from the Ontario Department of Lands and Forests covering their site at Timmins Ontario.
