Gap Filler Radar Station Timmins
Dear Sirs;
As the Gap Filler Radar Station at Timmins will be constructed on Provincial Crown Land under the jurisdiction of the Department of Lands and Forests, the general contractor will be required to submit to the District Forester, an Application for a Work Permit as called for in the Supplementary Specifications for this job.
It is requested that the attached application form and licensee's statement of fire fighting equipment be given to the general contractor at the time of notification of award by letter of intent and that this office be advised when such action has been taken.
