The following memo was received from Mr D Buchanan, our Project Engineer in charge of this site:
"In accordance with Supplementary Specification Section 4(k) 8(a)(iii) this contractor is to do any additional clearing necessary to accommodate the Hyrdro Electric Power Lines.Would you please let us have the details of the Hyrdo contract if any, or else sufficient information so that we can contact the local Hydro here and have them stake out their line."
