In reply to your letter of 28 November 1962 addressed to the Department of Transport, Real Estate Branch, Room 446, 1 Front Street West, Toronto 1, Ontario, we are enclosing one key to the gate at the Gap Filler Radar Station at Timmins.
Any difficulty experienced with this key should be reported directly to Chief of the Air Staff, Air Force Headquarters, Ottawa, Ontario, attention: CCE/DCEP or by phone to the Project Manager, Mr WR Alexander, at CEntral 2-8211 extension 2-6558

Would you please refer to your letter of 7 December 1962, with which you forwarded a copy of a letter from the Ontario Department of Lands and Forests' District Forester in Cochrane requesting a key to the fence surrounding the Gap Filler site at Timmins, Ontario
Please be advised that a key for the gate of this Gap Filler site was sent directly to Mr FL Hall, District Forester, on 14 January, 1963.
