Dear Sir:

In accordance with our telephone conversation with Mr WR Alexander, we submit the attached Revised Appendix "B" to our letter of 3 September 1959, giving a revised estimate of cost for the construction of the station at the above site not including the tower and building. Would you please destroy the Appendix "B" sent with our letter and substitute the attached.

We trust this information is now in the form that you require. Should there be any other information we can provide, please let us know.

Dear Sirs:

Receipt is acknowledged of your letter of 11 September 1959 and the following enclosure:

  1. Interim Construction Estimates

Your interim construction estimate is satisfactory, however, we wish to point out for clarification that your responsibility with regard to communication lines is to report basically only the distance between the site and the nearest telephone facilities and the name of the central office involved. In this particular case, is the central office Tobermory or Wiarton? Your communications distance is reported as .51 miles. Should it not read 51 miles?
