As directed in your "Statement of Services", revised 10 July 59, we submit herewith three copies of our Site Survey Report for the above location.
Included with each report is a copy of the siting instruction plan, together with the Department of Highways legal plan from which bearings were run into this site. Included in the original copy are the field notes compiled during the survey of the site.
