Land Acquisition
Gap Filler Radar Station Tobermory, Ont
Further to our 10-T52 (DCEP) of 13 Mar 61, it is requested that the attached revised Appendix and the revised property plan be forwarded to DOT.
The property plan has been revised in order to provide a distance of 5 feet between the property line and the fence line on three sides and one foot along the existing fence line.
This station will require land acquisition of the site and an easement for the access road, power and telephone line (or purchase in this case). The right-of-way will not be fenced unless requested by the owner, but a gate will be provided at the beginning of the access road.
Six prints of Drawing No T52-1-1000-1 Rev 2 are enclosed.
