Re: Gap Filler Radar Station,

Pursuant to the provisions of the Surplus Crown Assets Act the Department of National Defence, under date of April 9, 1964, their file 10-T52 reported surplus the above mentioned establishment.
The buildings, services etc and surface rights in the land have been transferred to the Province of Ontario, the latter covered by PC 1965-228 dated February 11, 1965, reserving thereout however, the mines and minerals.
Approval is hereby given to the transfer of this reservation, namely, the mines and minerals as they may exist in the land described in Schedule "A" attached, to the Department of Northern Affairs and National Resources effective February 11th, 1965.
