Re: Disposal - RCAF Gap Filler Site

In accordance with previously announced policy pertaining to the disposal of the entire Gap Filler complex (our general file 10-7-80/11) the department can now advise you that it has no further requirement for the subject defence installation.
The site and access road are owned, as you are aware, by the Federal Crown in fee simple. All assets, therefore, including the land, have been declared surplus to CADC.
I would be grateful if you could provide, when so requested by CADC, the title papers to this property which are held by you under Numbers 69041 and 69042.
