P Works 12-'58. Ordered that title to the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto be transferred forthwith to the Department of National Defence (Canada):-
SCHEDULE
All that piece or parcel of land situate and being on the South side of the harbour of LaScie aforesaid and bounded and abutted as follows that is to say: By a line commencing at a point where a small brook crosses the North boundary of property of the Vendor thence proceeding by the said North boundary westerly a distance of seventy feet more or less; thence turning and running by property of the Vendor southerly a distance of two hundred and twenty-three fet more or less; thence turning and running easterly by a foot path one hundred feet more or less; thence turning and running northerly and crossing the aforesaid brook to the aforesaid North boundary of the property of the Vendor a distance of two hundred and twenty-five feet more or less; thence by the said North boundary a distance of thirty feet more or less to the point of commencement the said piece or parcel of land containing in all 0.517 acres more or less.
